Meet Dr. Keirsten Taillon, Psy.D.

Dr. Keirsten Taillon is a woman with a mission: To support Leaders in growing their people-powered businesses in a healthy, profitable, purpose-driven way. To empower founders to build thriving and profitable businesses that align with their values, honor the people in their businesses, and feel fulfilled while doing so.

Dr. Keirsten believes that the greatest gift that we have to give after love is our labor. And as a leader, honoring your own efforts as well as honoring the efforts of your team is critically important. She empowers entrepreneurial leaders to move their organizations to the next level and develop their leadership capacity which honors the gift of labor that they and their teams bring to the business.

She is a certified professional with a (CMAS) California Multiple Award Schedule certification and (SB) California Small Business Certification, demonstrating her qualifications to work with state agencies and public sector clients. Dr. Keirsten’s Story

As a woman entrepreneur, an athlete, and a mother of four active kids, Keirsten was unsatisfied with the traditional approach to business growth consulting. In managing her own business growth, the typical advice and best practices fell flat of her dynamic and integrated vision. The research for supporting others’ business growth seemed to ignore or minimize that which was most natural for, particularly, the women entrepreneurs that she supported.

Dr. Keirsten created new doctoral research to understand better what it takes for women entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. She has built solutions to meet the unique and dynamic needs and desires of entrepreneurs and is committed to serving entrepreneurs in maximizing their potential.
