Keirsten Taillon, SPHR, MBA
Keirsten Taillon is principal and lead consultant for MaxPotentials, an Organization Development (OD) and Strategic Human Resources (SHR) consulting firm. Ms. Taillon has over 15 years of OD and SHR experience with both small and large organizations. She has implemented successful organizational development and change management initiatives within businesses from leadership positions including bank vice-president and non-profit human resources director, and brings that expertise
to her clients as a seasoned consultant. Her expertise is in quickly understanding core organizational challenges and facilitating the implementation of solutions that maximize stakeholder buy in and align with business goals and vision.
Ms. Taillon employs an appreciative approach to build synergistic relationships with clients to create success. She believes that every individual has great potential to grow and develop and is skilled at working with clients to build on their strengths and goals. Ms. Taillon creates a dynamic and energetic learning and facilitative environment based
in proven practices.
In over a decade of consulting, Ms. Taillon has designed and developed leadership training, facilitated strategic and collaborative planning efforts and coached leaders. Ms. Taillon has served as a Human Resources Director for a non-profit of over 400 staff members and has over seven years experience in the banking/finance industry. As Vice President of Retail Banking and Marketing, Ms. Taillon directed the retail banking, internet banking and marketing for a rapidly growing community bank, which gave her significant experience in change management within a quickly evolving industry.
Ms. Taillon has a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Davis, an MBA from Salem State College, Massachusetts and is working towards her Doctorate in Organization Development at California College of Professional Psychology. She also has earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a proud member of Sacramento Commerce and Trade Organization (SACTO) and as a member of the International Coaching Federation follows the ICF Code of Ethics for Coaching. Keirsten Taillon was the 2005 and 2006 SAHRA President.
