MaxPotentials uses a process involving the following key steps to assess the organizational challenges and opportunities, clarify the goals of the intervention and determine the most effective strategy to meet the needs of the organization or individual.

Assessments: The assessment phase provides a clear picture of the business problem to be addressed.  This is performed through interviews, employee surveys, 360° feedback assessments or, various other assessment tools.

Analysis:  MaxPotentials analyses the results of the assessment to identify the most effective intervention strategies.  Fundamental to this process are the needs, culture and goals of the organization.

Intervention:  MaxPotentials partners with client organizations to design interventions that effectively address the organizational challenge in a sustainable manner.  We work with clients to identify specific objectives and measurement criteria expected from the strategy.  Examples of Intervention strategies for Leadership Development include:

  • Performance Management System Development:  Working collaboratively with leadership, conduct strategic planning and goal setting meetings and clear methods to measure and monitor performance.  MaxPotentials develops methods to reward, recognize and correct behavior based on performance results and works with the organization to develop sustainable practices.
  • Consulting:  MaxPotentials works with client organizations to develop an effective system and implementation plan to meet performance management and improvement desires.
